Indiana (Newsbreak) - A death investigation is underway at the Marion County Jail. Thirty-eight-year-old Martin Cruz was found unresponsive Saturday night and died at Eskenazi Hospital at around 11pm.
Officials at the jail say the death appears to be homicide due to inmate-on-inmate assault. Cruz had been in custody since July 23rd on charges that included child molestation.
